The Refugee Law Initiative is recruiting for a Student and Academic Support Assistant to provide support for our  MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies (by distance learning), proactively engaging with students to ensure ongoing support throughout the programme, undertaking administration related to examinations, managing the smooth administration of scholarships and bursaries, and maintaining relevant student-facing webpages and the Virtual Learning Environment.  This is a fixed term appointment for one year to cover a period of maternity.

Refugee Law Initiative project wins Times Higher Education Award

‘Pushing the boundaries’, an ambitious research initiative led by Dr David James Cantor at the Refugee Law Initiative (RLI), part of the University of London’s School of Advanced Study, has won the Research Project of the Year: Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences award in the Times Higher Education Awards 2017. The winners were announced at a gala ceremony in London on 30 November.
