Bio:
Lukasz Dziedzic is a PhD Researcher at the Legal Philosophy Group, and the International Victimology Institute Tilburg. His research consists of a philosophical and doctrinal analysis of the significance and meaning of the principle of solidarity and fair sharing of responsibility within the Common European Asylum System. Next to his theoretical interest in the principles of EU asylum law, he is also interested in questions of the human rights of regular and irregular migrants, as well as global asylum and migration governance. He holds a Research Master in Law degree (Tilburg University, 2015, cum laude) and a Master´s degree in International and European Public Law (Erasmus University Rotterdam, 2014).
