Aydan Greatrick






Aydan Greatrick is a final year PhD candidate at University College London. His research explores the intersections of forced migration, sexuality and gender, with a focus on responses to and experiences of LGBTQ+ refugees and asylum seekers in Europe. Aydan has previously been the project coordinator on the Refugee Hosts research project, and has taught topics related to forced migration as part of the MSc in Global Migration at University College London since 2018. Aydan has also worked with various NGOs, UN agencies, policy makers and humanitarian organisations in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa since 2016. Aydan holds an MSc from University College London and a BA(Hons) from the University of Cambridge.
