Bio
Adel-Naim Reyhani graduated in law from the Karl Franzens University Graz (Austria). He is currently a researcher at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights (BIM) in Vienna, focussing on questions related to access to asylum in the European Union from the perspective of refugee law as well as legal philosophy. Before that, he worked in the field of asylum and migration law for the Austrian Asylum Court, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as well as the Diakonie Refugee Service.
The (working) title of his thesis is 'Access to Asylum in the European Union and the Persistent Rightlessness of Asylum Seekers'.
