Dr Elizabeth Moghalu Agbakwuru recently completed her PhD in International Human Rights Law at the University of South Africa. She has expertise in advocating for the protection of human rights particularly, refugees, women and children's rights, and conducting research in human rights, teaching constitutional law, human rights law and administrative law. Her PhD research was on 'The protection of right to dignity of refugees in South Africa: The provision of a 5-year Refugee Status Determination' where she did comparative analysis of the protection of refugees' right to human dignity in South Africa, United Kingdom, United States of America and Ethiopia.
