Bio
Dr. Gabriel Cardona-Fox is an Associate Fellow at the Bologna Institute for Policy Research at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advance International Studies (SAIS). He has been researching and advocating on issues of internal forced displacement for over a decade. He previously served as Senior Monitoring Expert with the Norwegian Refugee Council’s Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC) in Geneva. His research on internal displacement and global governance has garnered awards from the Academic Council of the United Nations (ACUNS) and the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM). Dr. Cardona-Fox obtained a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin, an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a BA from Princeton University.
