Bio
Felipe Sánchez-Nájera works in the Human Rights Program at Universidad Iberoamericana (México City), as a legal researcher coordinating an International Protection Observatory project. Said project monitors and evaluates the adequate application of the international and national legal standards in Refugee Status Determination and Statelessness Determination procedures in México. He previously worked in a diversity of legal areas, including transparency law, migration-related issues in private practice, corporate law and legal representation of asylum seekers in the non-profit sector.
