Hannah Katz is a PhD candidate at the University of Haifa's Bloom Graduate School and Faculty of Law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Migration Studies. Her research explores the complex intersections of European migration governance, migrant rights, and the advocacy efforts of non-state actors. Using a socio-legal framework, her PhD focuses on the potential and limitations of transnational migrant rights litigation in Europe.
