Bio
Jan-Phillip Graf is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV) at Ruhr University Bochum. As a SYLFF Young Leaders Fellow his PhD research focuses on the rights of refugee children under international law. He is also interested in international humanitarian law and the nexus between international regulations and their practical application.
