Bio

Juliana is a PhD student in the Law Department at Ulster University. Her research project addresses the linkages between reparative justice, responsibility-sharing, and durable solutions, addressing the case of Venezuelans forced to migrate to Colombia, the United States and Spain (EU). She is interested in sociolegal and interdisciplinary research that engages forced migration, human rights protection, and peacebuilding.

Research Project Title: Reparative justice for forced migration through responsibility-sharing towards durable solutions: the case studies of Venezuelans forced to migrate into Colombia, the United States, and Spain (European Union).
