Bio
As a PhD candidate at Radboud University, Kris' research relates to strategic litigation pursued by NGOs in the field of asylum law in Europe; specifically looking at the different strategies taken by these NGOs and what drives their choices. Research interests include (broadly): international and European human rights, international and European migration law, and socio-legal research.
