Matt Kinsella is Associate Managing Director of a boutique international consulting firm, offering research, evaluation, data collection and analysis services for the international development and humanitarian sector, in several countries around the world (including Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, Ethiopia, Somalia, Lebanon, Libya). Recent clients include multilateral and bilateral donors, UN agencies, World Bank, and major international NGOs. Matt holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of York and is working towards a PhD with the Human Rights Consortium at the University of London, focused on human rights, climate and environmental change, conflict and displacement, in post-Daesh Iraq. Currently based in Brazil, over the last seven years Matt has worked in Africa (Kenya, Ethiopia, Djibouti), the Middle East (Turkey, the Syria response, Iraq), Latin America (Brazil, Peru), and Asia (Nepal).
