Pablo Pastor Vidal is a PhD candidate in Human Rights Law at Lund University (Sweden), where he is conducting his PhD on refugee finance inside the project leaded by Dr Daria Davitti, ‘Refugee Finance: Histories, Frameworks, Practices’ (REF-FIN). He also holds a Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin and a Double Bachelor in Law and Political Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where his passion for Human Rights started in disability law. His work focuses on refugee finance and the implications it has for the humanitarian organisations and their mandate of international protection.
