Bio

Patrizia Rinaldi has a PhD in Migration Studies from the University of Granada (Spain). She holds a master's degree in International Law (Pontifical Comillas University). She is an expert on European asylum, Children's Rights and migration dynamics in Southern Europe: Spain, Italy and Greece. She is a member of the Institute for Migration Research.

Outputs of work with the RLI

Her paper 'The ECtHR assesses the "real risk" of transfers between Dublin III countries' from a seminar in the WG 'The Role of Courts in Shaping Asylum and Refugee Law' was published first in the Blog and then in the ADiM Yearbook.
