Rodolfo Ribeiro

Bio
Rodolfo is a PhD candidate in International Law and Teaching Assistant at the Graduate Institute, Geneva (IHEID). His doctoral research focuses on denationalization and the obligation to eradicate statelessness under International Law. Before starting his doctoral studies, he worked with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), both in Geneva and in Brazil. Author of the book "O Princípio do Non-Refoulement no Direito Internacional Contemporâneo: escopo, conteúdo e natureza jurídica" (Editora Lumen Juris, Rio de Janeiro), Rodolfo’s research interests range from legal theory, international refugee law, international human rights law, and laws of war to forced migration studies more broadly. Rodolfo holds a master’s degree in international law from the Graduate Institute and an LL.B (Dean's list) from the Federal University of Paraiba (Brazil).
