The Refugee Law Clinic is grateful to receive donations to support the expansion and development of our work. Every gift makes a difference to our clients.

The majority of our clients are destitute, unable to work or participate in society and suffer from poor mental health. Submitting a strong fresh claim to the Home Office is their best chance to gain protection and regularise their status here in the UK. Our work is filling a significant gap in current legal provision in London and we hope to build and expand on what we can offer.

Donations can support the clinic’s work in a number of ways, such as:

  • Funding additional expert reports for individual cases, which are often essential in fresh claim submissions
  • Commissioning research that will be of use to a number of cases at the clinic
  • Providing interpreters for client meetings
  • Contributing to travel reimbursements and phone top-ups for clients
  • Supporting the broader advocacy and policy work of the clinic

Your gift will allow us to build the work of the clinic and to support to a greater number of clients to submit high quality submissions to the Home Office.
